For those parents with children aiming to start the IBDP, please be aware that the choice of the six DP subjects is critical in applying to top universities. Schools in the UK tend to be more academically selective and outperform those in continental Europe and for this reason, as well as the fact that the UK has now left the EU, they are not included. As a general rule, those schools refusing to divulge their scores have much lower results, which they would prefer not to reveal. All of these published schools achieve results significantly above the IBO global average points score. We also publish an EU league table but only for those schools who publicly reveal their results. We produce two separate tables for UK schools with large and small cohorts. Since a high proportion of our clients are expatriate workers, we only feature IB Schools which teach primarily in English. Finding a private IB School in the UK or Worldwide In other countries, the IBDP also dominates but there are generally a much higher proportion of schools that also offer the PYP or MYP schools.
